Why hasn't even one politician in 250 years introduced a bill that would force anti-gun legislation to undergo a review by committee to determine if it violates the 2nd Amendment before it can be voted on in the house? If found to infringe on Constitutional rights, the representative(s) that introduced the legislation would be arrested immediately for violation of their oath of office to uphold the rights guaranteed in the Constitution.
