At this point I'm convinced that Pedo Joe has less cognitive ability than someone's pet parrot. He doesn't actually understand the words he's saying, he just repeats what he's been trained to. You might as well be poking fun at a begonia. And he's serving his purpose as the front man, taking all the heat for whoever is actually making the decisions. Why aren't their names and pictures up there?
