How many criminals will apply for their Un-Constitutional permits? Pretending 51% CAN make laws that are forbidden by the Constitution IS exactly what liberal/communism is calling Democracy.
There’s not even a permit process in place so once this goes into effect nobody will be able to purchase and gun shops will shutter their doors.

In an article with 10 paragraphs 3 of them in a row say it won’t impact the law abiding gun buyer and in the next two it explains how the process will be much more difficult for the law abiding gun buyer which will lead to fewer purchases and then robberies/thefts where guns can be stolen won’t happen as often since people won’t have guns in their homes and then criminals will have less access to stolen guns to commit shootings and crimes.

Then you have the shotgun rule, they’re making claims since there’s 1 3/4 mini shells 7 and 9 round tube fed shotguns will be made illegal even if you don’t own or use mini shells. All by design, they carved out exceptions for .22 and also lever action rifles. Not shotguns or pump action.
