You're correct. I come from a state where you can open carry and some stores ask you not to. It just seems like unnecessary drama and makes other look at gun owners like nuts.

She was open carrying, in an open carry state, with a concealed carry permit. The store said no open carry please, so she saw the sign the same time the door guy saw her with the gun, she covered it, which is what her permit allows her to do, but the door guy went beyond his authority and reported it anyway causing this drama

They asked her to leave and she didn't= trespassing.

She did leave, called corporate from outside, and was let back in. Unless you don't believe the video.

She didn't have to leave tho, as confirmed by the call by the employee to Corporate. The employees were acting outside their own policy. Did you even watch and listen to the videos ?/ ....

The problem is random people get freaked out over guns. It's weird. It's usually women too. They notice a gun and can't help but make sure you're allowed to have it so they have something to chat with their girlfriends about later.
