totally right with the "use cash", for everything that is actually possible

also, remember, the "money" you "have" in the bank is neither yours nor it is money

you have the option to request that the bank, graciously, give some money to you if you please them

And with cards they can arbitrarily deny you using your own money because they dont feel like giving it to you. Had it happen many times, had to call in the white list the domain or something so they would "approve" the charge.
