I am not a lawyer and i can destroy this BS in few words. Any 'gun ban' is the same as the failed stupidity of 'Prohibition' and has NEVER stopped a single criminal from getting a firearm or committing a crime. The current crime wave of the Gun Control cities proves 100% that gun control is a failure. The criminal part is, they All know these facts.

So they should just ban black from owning guns. The crimes statistics support the ban for black. Follow the science and the claimed precedent.
