... This doesn't go against Bruen. This has to do with something Bruen didn't cover (((gun free zones))). Bruen had to do with public property to which someone is unconditionally allowed to be on. A state fair doesn't fit that same context. Just like had they attempted to bring a gun into a post office, got turned away (likely arrested) then sued.
So while I disagree this ignores Bruen, and don't think it will ever be (this decision) overruled on Bruen grounds. I do think it's an interesting case to further litigate. But even then it's not looking too hot.
It will be a matter of clarification when the reaches the Ultra Maga Supreme court. Then we will see.

Holeee fuk You're a quck. SCOTUS is anything but "MAGA". The Bruen result while correct the opinion is laughably jewish. I explained this in various threads when it happened. It narrows what guns are acceptable so now all that needs to happen is push jew agendas to make the AR15 and other rifles become not so common. Then banning the fits within the Bruen decision perfectly well. You didn't read the actual opinion though. No one did it seems. None of the "alternative" websites [sic: jew owned alt-kike sites], no one on poal but me apparently.
