These types of soft secession moves will increase and harden amongst municipalities, counties and states as we move through the stages of legislative tyranny. Federalism is exhibiting signs of necrosis but will continue to overreach to the point of scofflawed negation and irrelevance.

Nope. This is the sheriffs duty. I forget what statute it is but the one about restricting const. rights under the color of badge or something.
