Gavin is calling for nuisance lawsuits? That is against the law. Gun manufacturers can counter sue, and win back the costs to defend themselves against merit less lawsuits designed to bankrupt the defendants. If California allows this to proceed, I’m going to sue Ford Motor Company using the exact same rational. I’m also going to sue Jim Beam too.

I cite those two companies as an example of companies that have killed way more people with their product than our gun manufacturers in the US (excluding weapons of war of course.)
