THE 2nd Amendment is not subject to 'change' or opinion by little Liberal/communist Fed./state or city elected gov. Keep and bear are absolute and 'shall not be infringed' is ONLY in the 2nd Amendment. The stupidity of liberal gun control IS, the criminal, THAT IS actually doing the shooting, does NOT give a FUCK about their childish control dream of NO guns on earth.
