THE 2nd Amendment is not subject to 'change' or opinion by little Liberal/communist Fed./state or city elected gov. Keep and bear are absolute and 'shall not be infringed' is ONLY in the 2nd Amendment. The real fuckup the founding fathers made was not specifically stating timelines for speedy trials and court reviews.

None of them thought any legislature would try to limit rights but they really made a mistake in not saying such cases must be reviewed and tried to conclusion by courts in 7 days or less.

What happens now is rights are infringed by default for years by legislatures until finally some court gets around to reviewing it and you might get your rights back after years.
