Strange how often the name of the judge in a case is omitted in the reporting of the decision, but anyway I found it.

San Diego Superior Court Judge Kenneth Medel https://thehill.com/regulation/court-battles/562597-judge-rules-synagogue-shooting-victims-can-sue-smith-wesson

Yes Judges can be recalled: http://scocablog.com/what-does-californias-experience-with-recall-of-judges-teach-us/

I'm not sure if this is the ruling itself or a ruling that the case would be heard but here is a link to a case. https://brady-static.s3.amazonaws.com/Minute-Order-7-2-21-S0499865.PDF

We need IQ tests for judges, high-level bureaucrats, and politicians. We need to set a cut-off level of around 120 IQ. The idea that we've got people in Congress, such as Maxine Waters, who at best has an IQ of around 80, telling us all what we can do and say is ludicrous, yet it is our reality. Or Hank Johnson, who thinks that if you put too many people on Guam, it will capsize. Forget their color, we need to address their intelligence levels. Our leaders need the ability to reason, and conceptualize future possibilities. Right now we are ruled by monkeys.

Intelligence is not the issue - they're dishonest with the public and system they claim to serve, and aid in subverting the Republic.

They're wicked and duplicitous, and should be dealt with as such.
