Faceberg has a sophisticated algorithm for detecting wrongthink and will keep those memes from ending up on anyone's feed. Changing a couple pixels is not enough to fool the algorithm, but taking a picture of the screen probably works.

I think you all missed my joke. OP's image is a photograph of a sail foam screen of a screencap taken with a sail foam of a meme. I was going to make it a photograph of my screen displaying a photograph of a screen of a screencap of a meme.

The point being to share the actual original meme (if possible) instead of a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy.

Probably would want to obfuscate the text more. I bet if I uploaded that to Bing Images it would print the words out on the side.
