A Friend of Mine said This: RIGHTS can not be voided by presidential fiat or congressional passage of a law, or by courts unlawfully, outside the LIMITS imposed by the Constitution, making law. Under our system, it requires an Amendment, which can only be done lawfully in the manner prescribed by The Law Of The Land. Although our rights are not granted, but rather guaranteed. The Bill of Rights and the Constitution can not lawfully be amended to take away Rights, only to expand them. So they can not be taken away. We can only surrender them, and if we choose not to . . . Biden, Pelosi, McConnell and any other politician who attempts to restrict Rights thereby announces that they are conspiring to commit criminal acts. Acts which, being against life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, automatically invoke Self-Defense Rights. As will the actions of those in the legal system who support them. I say that any politician or "enforcer" who goes beyond mouthing off for publicity's sake to actually try and restrict my Rights, take my Property, or reduce my pursuit of Life, Liberty, and Happiness is him or her self volunteering for the Politician Reduction In Force which has been long overdue. Using lessons learned in Viet Nam, Afghanistan, Iraq, et al, if political actions are insufficient to reduce the scum inside the scumbag called DC, other strategies and tactics may be necessary.
