first dwi in most states is a misdemeanor and there is different types of burglary

Convicted felons you mean? The highest concentration of serious felons are in public office.
>No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Those are the main qualifications. There are a few others like Congress can prevent someone from holding office if they've been impeached, if they swore an oath to the country and rebelled, or from being later elected again after serving two full terms.
