Yeah, that's not bad.

If you go to prison you can have a guitar - maybe... I know some prisons allow them. I can't see them allowing them in jail, but it makes more sense to let them have 'em in prison.

I think there are some prisons with music rooms where you can play their instruments certain hours of the day but I am pretty sure they do not let you have your own guitar in your cell
