You could call it that, yes...

I wouldn't call it 'well furnished' or anything, but it came with furniture, curtains, some dishes and silverware, a couple of beds, a television, and stuff like that.

They even loaded the stairs into a truck and brought them along with them. In their defense, they still needed stairs at the new location and it would have looked funny if they'd left the stairs behind. They did not bring the propane tank but did call the propane delivery company to have it picked up. Propane tanks have serial numbers on them and the propane delivery truck driver might notice.

LoL and the people living there came home to no house? And they haven't tried to retrieve it?

They didn't live there. It was a dude's hunting "cabin". He lives in Massachusetts.

I do not believe the previous owner knows where it is. They haven't spoken to me in quite a few years. Well, since before their mobile home went missing. Maybe if they'd spoken with me they'd still have a mobile home, but that'd just be a coincidence.

Nothing new exists on the property, but I have seen a truck and a tent there. I did not stop in to say hello.

So, he came up for a weekend and found out his trailer was missing.

It's a different color now but that has nothing to do with the story. The new owner put insulation and Tyvek around the place and added vinyl siding. It's also got a new roof.

In theory, as the crow flies, it's not too far from where it came from - within 20 miles. They'll never find it. It's on a private road that doesn't look much like a road and the road doesn't take you anywhere you need to go, or even want to go.

They had to know about their debt to the dealer. I wonder if the dealer excused it or still tried to collect
