I guess it would all depend on if they have wired up the other side of the street, there's nobody there but an empty park space and a cemetery
Presumably, it passes that as there are bound to be people at the end of the cemetery and park.
Though, if it's fiber then it may simply not run on your side of the street and there's no trunk for 'em to run off to give you an end point.
There are no people at the end of the cemetery and park, there is at the one end, where but in the other direction there is no more people just the end of the world to a junk yard and a swamp and then the bay

Yeah, if it's fiber and only on that side of the road, you're not gonna get service. Well, probably not. It's still worth pestering them.
