I'll have all sorts of shit to barter with.

Plus, with the farm, I should be good for quite a while. I can even put alternative fuels into a few of the vehicles I own.

Pretty much anything that burns diesel can burn other fuels - as long as they ignite by compression.

So, I'll do okay. Bio-diesel will keep the farm up and running.

Yeah, in a crisis I should be okay. Plus, I can escape to Canada and I make sure my family all have valid passports.

Who's going to open the thread tonight? It's still January, so I'm not feeling it. I will if I gotta. Mains power is back on and my cell appears to be working.

It is still January.

In a crisis like that I am not going to be running off to Canada or anywhere else. Though I am pretty sure I could recruit a group or a dozen young men to stay here and guard my home and me LoL I would stand a better chance of surviving with help if attacked.

It would have to be a really bad fucked world for my home to be attacked but who knows
