Man, how stupid can you possibly be? They straight up fucking tell you that it's gonna be recorded. They tell the person on the other end, as well!

I heard of an idiot around here making threats on the jail phone talking to a person who they had a no contact order telling them that if they testify they are going kill them.

Not everyone in jail is a criminal mastermind.

When I've made calls from jail, they were 'to my lawyer'. They can't record that shit. Of course, I've never been in jail longer than a weekend. So, it's not like I was calling people.

Where I was, it was always some convoluted system where you had to add people to your phone list and all sorts of other shit.
