I was more referring to a situation where there is some conflict happening. If you pull your gun and point in the middle of a fight you may as well pull the trigger too

LOL Unless you're pointed at someone on your side! It's a bit of a blurry rule, but I'm sure you know what you mean. Don't point your firearm at anything you're not willing to kill.

The auction is still going on. I've done okay with this automated bidding thing. They even grabbed two after they crossed the block but were still within my bidding range. They didn't even go to the maximum I was willing to spend!

My son woke up and he tells me that every inmate is given a tablet with songs for sale on it at $1.50 each or you can purchase movies to watch, play video games, or even pay to make phone calls on it.

The jail will stoop to anything to bleed money out of the inmates

I say filter out what they don't want, monitor heavily, and let them have a tablet with internet access. No paying for it. Everyone gets it. (That way there's no drama over the access itself.) In fact, give 'em like a Chromebook or something.

If they're in their cells jerking off, they're not out in the yard shanking each other.

They have MP3 players here. They're just like what they have in the fed system.

Amusingly, my lawyer couldn't load up songs and have them available the next time he was there for the weekend. So, he didn't bother with it.

So, what was the warrant for? LOL That was the final question before I decided to just give you the money or not. I hope it wasn't anything too bad.
