I say filter out what they don't want, monitor heavily, and let them have a tablet with internet access. No paying for it. Everyone gets it. (That way there's no drama over the access itself.) In fact, give 'em like a Chromebook or something.

If they're in their cells jerking off, they're not out in the yard shanking each other.

They have MP3 players here. They're just like what they have in the fed system.

Amusingly, my lawyer couldn't load up songs and have them available the next time he was there for the weekend. So, he didn't bother with it.

So, what was the warrant for? LOL That was the final question before I decided to just give you the money or not. I hope it wasn't anything too bad.

The tablets they give to the inmates do not allow for web browsing. You can research the law library for free on it. Everything else is a commodity that they are extracting money with

That's pretty fucked.

Hell, I'd even let 'em earn money online. If they want to start a site and ad Google ads to it, go for it.

Remember: Bad behavior is already against the law/jailhouse rules.

They just don't really seem to care about the welfare of the inmate when they are released, all they seem to care about is getting as much of their money that they can
