Amusingly, I was just getting ready to reply. I was going to ask what he'd been nailed for and then consider just giving you the money.

See, I can't loan you the money. You have no way of paying me back. Plus, if he doesn't show up in court, the money is gone. So, loaning it to you makes no sense - considering you're not the person in trouble.

And, yeah, the car I want will be available tomorrow morning.

I'm not buying much right now. I'm not even streaming the auction. I'll be streaming it again, but right now it's just more of the same old shit it always is. I don't need another Mustang. I don't need another muscle car. I don't need another restomod pickup truck. I sure as fuck don't need a Mustang from the 80s. I don't want much of anything from the late 70s to the 90s as an American car.

The like 1978 Corvette with the giant 400 CI engine only puts out like 172 HP.... They were terrible years for cars. As a general rule, I don't even want 'em when they're cheap!

That Stutz Blackhawk looks real interesting. What the hell is that?

The Stutz was the most expensive car on the planet for years. For the era, they're both refined and kinda retardedly fast. The Blackhawk will straight up kill an inexperienced driver - and most of the people buying one back then aren't the kind of people who should be driving cars that powerful. For the era, they were quite powerful.

And... Yes, yes I did buy the kiddie ride. I have the real thing! How could I not buy the kiddie ride?

THAT might be what ends up in my basement.

And, you're damned right, I'm gonna charge people that quarter to go for a ride. After like 120,000 rides, it'll pay for itself!
