You do if you committed a real crime!

Assuming you didn't do that, you're good to go. I'd not even vote to convict for an LSD possession.

I might vote to convict if the charge is a simple misdemeanor for possession. but probably not even then. It's known as 'jury nullification' and we should insist on it more often.
