LOL I can't even get to the door in ten steps.
I'm thinking about letting them do surgery on my wrist. I'm not looking forward to it, but it's getting rough.
I worked in a factory and ended up with carpel tunnel. I then typed for decades. I was then in a bike accident that broke both wrists/hand bones. I have not been kind to my wrists.
I've been wearing my therapeutic wrist wrap for a few days and it hasn't improved. It's not too terrible right now, it's just not improving. Normally it improves after a day or three. Sometimes, it's stabbing pain to turn a door knob. So, it's not that bad right now.
Is that your left or right wrist?
Right hand is worse. The left sometimes flares up, but that's far less often.
I get some stupid tendon pains in my left thumb that bother me from an old injury I did to myself years ago, and that sucks
