I called the docs once and was polite. The second time I was much, much less polite.

There's no fucking acceptable excuse for that shit.

The good news is that when it did come in the pharmacy jumped me to the front of the line.

It probably wasn't the doctor, they probably have some staff that calls in the scripts

No, it was the doctor - just not the doctor I saw. Technically, I saw a PA. It was the doctor who didn't confirm the script and took two fucking hours to do so.

So, kinda like what you said, but it was a doctor. They told me what the problem was the first time I called them. I called them again after two hours and told them to make fucking sure it was sent in immediately, while I was still on the fucking phone.

The amusing thing is that I was in and out of my appointment in 15 minutes.

I'm less than pleased with the ordeal. It's about two hours from my house. I don't want to fucking wait around like that. I value my fucking time and I hate the fuckers that waste my time. Time is an asset that is running low. I can buy almost anything but more time.
