No, no I did not. I had a pretty shitty time. I fired the guide 'cause the only places they'd take me were places they approved of - which all just happened to be friends, relatives, or people who paid the guide a kickback.

It was still a pretty good vacation. The hotel had all sorts of things to do, including a whiskey bar.

If you're gonna get drunk in Japan, lemme know and I'l dig out the hotel's name.
