It's sometimes called RoR, or "release on own recognizance".
It's the same thing. It means the court has decided that they'll take you at your word and they believe you'll return.

Tomorrow's article is pretty long and very different when compared to what I normally write.
It also took me longer than normal to write about - which is strange as I didn't really have to look much up and wasn't all that distracted while typing it out. I type really quickly, so that wasn't the reason. I just kept editing and changing the language.
I want to say that I think my writing has improved quite a bit since I started writing these articles. Well, my article-writing has improved quite a bit. My regular writing is just the same as it has always been, though maybe slightly better thought out and with a slightly different preferential structure.
