Yup. The sun comes up at about 7:15 and sets at about 5:38 here right now. We'll get down well below 9 hours by late December, when it starts getting longer again.

I don't mind the shorter days all that much. It bothers some people, but I'm okay with it. With the girlfriend before the missus, I bought a bunch of full-spectrum bulbs that make it easier to deal with the winter from those affected by SAD. They're long lasting and still in place, even though I don't think any of us here are impacted by SAD.

I have never thought I was affected by that, just need to see the sun when you can
