PR bail... Personal Recognizance bail. That's how most jurisdictions refer to it as a legal concept.

I have never heard that term, they just call it a signature bond. They have that or cash bail. Bail bonds are illegal here

It's sometimes called RoR, or "release on own recognizance".

It's the same thing. It means the court has decided that they'll take you at your word and they believe you'll return.
