Yeah, that can suck - especially if you know more than the fucker on the other end of the phone.

I've dealt with support a whole lot in my lifetime. It was great when I had employees to deal with it, or at least the majority of it.

Yeah, it was annoying. I was telling them the results they would get before the tests were run. The results I told them they would get are the exact results they would get. That damned thing is offline! Even the cash registers were offline, though they were running them off the managers cell phone wifi sharing LoL
