The thing that annoys me is they stop every block

We don't really have blocks here. That concept doesn't really exist in my neighborhood.

I do sometimes 'drive around the block', but that's a good 45 minutes and goes through like 8 towns.

I suppose. In my experience the damn school busses stop a lot and you are not allowed to pass them

You can pass 'em if they're not stopped and don't have flashing red lights.

We don't have divided roads in the area, so both directions must stop when the lights are flashing. Other than that, you can pass 'em.
