Oh, yes... That's like half of what they do.
I'm kinda amazed that customs lets through what they let through, but they can't be experts in everything.
Stopping counterfeit goods is one of the biggest missions. You might like watching some of those border patrol types of programs.
I did not know that was part of their job, but it makes sense that it would be. They are just not very good at their job! Though I am sure there is a lot of volume that needs to be inspected so they probably don't really have the time to check everything for authenticity
Unless it's a large shipment, from what I've watched, it probably just ran through an x-ray machine and didn't look like drugs. It was also not in a box but in a giant bunch of styrofoam. So, I can tell it was not opened by anyone. The whole thing was wrapped in a half mile of tape. Normally, it's shipped in a special box. Not these guys, they cut costs anywhere they could.
But, the guitar sounds nice enough. The action is fine. It's wired kinda properly... Kinda...
The middle switch should be the bridge and middle pickup. It's the neck and middle pickup. Oops! That's easy enough to fix.
That's a three pickup guitar isn't it? Do those come with 5 way switches?
