Guitar Centers vary in quality by location. Some suck more than others. Some are tolerable.

I have heard a lot of bad things about the place online

Some suck, but now they do a like 40 point inspection and have guitar techs on site. So, I guess it is improving.

On that note, I'm gonna head to bed.

I have heard people online saying they don't set up the guitars at all, they don't even tune them, but who knows, maybe they are paid by a competitor
