That's a good idea. I have no idea how your system works.

They post the jobs that are available and usually an hourly rate anywhere from $40 to $100 per hour and I ignore the hourly rate usually and tell them I will do it for $250 or whatever, if it is farther away I tell them $500

Hmm... Do you get to say "250 or 100 per hour, whichever is greater"?

No, If I offer a flat rate, it is for 2 hours usually, then I can negotiate an hourly wage for if it takes over 2 hours. Usually $100 an hour but some vendors wont go for that so I go $75. Most jobs get done in well less than the 2 hour window
