I sometimes used one way back in the day, 'cause it was easier to travel with. I spent a lot of time away from home, so space for guitars was at a premium. I also had a parlor guitar that I'd take with me, so I could have both an electric and an acoustic.

I used a Pig Nose amp, 'cause they're tiny and can be run off batteries.

Cool. I bet those are great for travelling. Damn near slide it into a suitcase!

I believe it was a Hoffner and I even had a hard shell case for it.

Man... That was a lifetime ago. My mobile phone probably weighed more than the Pignose, even if it had batteries.
