Yup. That's exactly what it is.

Google's pretty cool at 3%, so I stay below 2.5%. Some folks are getting 6% click through rates, or so they claim.

That'd actually add up.

You're good up to about 3/100... After that, Google may take a look at your site to see why you're getting that many clicks. Right now, the only time they looked was when they approved the site to show ads. I haven't given them any reasons to look harder.
