I bet it's not 25x worse than the real thing.
I'll engrave the back of the headstock to indicate that it's a Chibson. That way it'll never enter the market as a real one, even after both of us pass away.
I would think they use cheap pickups pots and tuning pegs, just to save money, so those might need to be upgraded
I'd also expect things like a plastic nut and the bridge and saddles made out of crappy metal.
We shall see! We can be 100% certain that they're not using real PAF pickups - they might have reverse engineered them and made their own versions. The Les Paul knockoff has pretty solid pickups and was about $100 less.
Yeah. Things like the nut and saddle too. Anything they can cheap out on while still making it look good I would think they would have to use to keep the parts costs down
