It's perfectly legal. So long as I don't charge I can give away up to two ounces of weed at a time.

Do you need a tax stamp or something like that to sell it?

You need a license and have to follow some rules if you want to sell it. I believe it requires a store front.

I probably should have invested in legal weed businesses. I'd have made a mint.

However, it's not legal federally and many banks won't touch it. So, it'd probably be more hassle than it's worth.
