I have no reason to believe it's anything more than nothing. I don't have any reason to believe in an afterlife. Physics kinda rules that out and there's no reason for me to think otherwise. So, to me it is just nothing. When you die, it ends.

My atoms will, some in thousands and thousands of years, be used for something new - but I won't be a part of it. I'll be long gone. Let the bugs feast upon my bounty.
