I don't care about the money so much as I care about them stealing from me. I don't care if it was only $5. They stole from me.
So, PayPal is filing a dispute. I should get my money back.

I saw elsewhere that pay pal is going to monitor what people say online and if they don't like it they will fine you $2500

I just saw the headlines here on paol and other places. I didn't bother to read the article.
I'd verify that before wildly believing it.
They don't actually have the means to monitor everything, for starters. Not even Google or the NSA can monitor everything.
I haven't read their new TOS, but I suspect folks are either reading it wrong or willfully misinterpreting it - or maybe just making shit up as they go along.
