Whelp... My lawyer advises me to 'take the money and run'. That is to return it to MB and take the money. Otherwise, they might sue me which would waste time and money. I'm not sure how they can possibly win a suit like that, but that'd not stop them from suing me.

They should give you back more than you paid them due to the inconvenience
