There's actually a spare tire - but if I used it, it wouldn't have a spare tire. It wasn't an emergency, so I did not use it.

Let's hope we can source the same brand/model tire to replace them. (I'm not the kinda guy who buys one tire. I change at least two of them, either front or rear.) If not, I'll end up buying three of 'em to ensure they match. Well, I might cheap out and just get two. To be frank about it, it's not likely that I'll ever be changing my own tires on the side of the road.

Ah well... I pulled out an equally exciting car to drive and I'll be happy with that.

A lovely Viper that was already set to go - meaning the mechanics had already gone over it with a fine-tooth comb.

Like others, it was purchased after it crossed the block. Mecum does a lot of that and actually seem to be doing it more often these days. It makes perfectly good sense to do so. The seller often has remorse after it didn't meet reserve and will sell it just to be out from under it so to speak. I've had them agree to my bid price before, not even raising my bid to a higher number. If I really want the car, I really want the car.

This one sold 'cheap'. I like cheap! Every day, it gets more valuable!
