LOL In this case, it's actually us that is dragging it out. The more we drag it out, the more they offer to settle. We don't actually want to do a trial, 'cause that's expensive. We will, but we don't really want to.

Sometimes, but that can actually be a bunch of hearings/trial in and of itself. They can appeal that decision, for example.
