Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

Hopefully they will just let your guys do it.

And thats why you have a weeks worth of electricity

Yeah, we lose power all the time. It's not exaggerating to say we lose power at least once a month.

Once in a blue moon, the power's back on quickly. There's a crew of line workers set to work in this area and they'll set up ahead of time if they think power is going to go out due to a storm. Once in a while, it only goes out here and they restore it quickly - or within a couple of hours.

How do you like the Lamborghini?

It's pretty fun. It's got a hell of a lot of grunt, but not an excessive amount of grunt. It handles well, considering 3/4 of the body structure is missing (it's a convertible, and the roof/sides are major structural components - and the sides don't tie into the roof). It's still fairly stiff but it dives into corners just fine and holds the road well.

It's dated and old, and the electronics show that. The tires on it could be replaced and I'll probably have them replaced when I send it back to the barn. It's a bit louder than I'd expect for a grand touring convertible, it's not really a track car. Even for an old Lamborghini, it stands out. People notice that it's something special and try to get a look at it. Then they want pictures, which is a bit invasive when you've got the top down.

Fortunately, it's a car that people look at. If I drive some cars, people are more interested in who is driving. Other cars, it's the car itself that's at the center of attention. Like, if I drive my G Wagon people are curious about who is inside, and they'll try to pull alongside so that they can look in the windows. But, if I'm driving a loud Ferrari people are more interested in the car.
