Nope. I think you missed a couple, but don't quote me on that.

It was just once and later on it went straight to weekly, though it wasn't called the FNGT for a while longer.

Yeah, that didn't come until later.

We're not sure, but COF may have been the first to use the phrase. I'm pretty sure he called it the Friday night guitar thread in a comment in the Pub. However, finding evidence of that would have been impossible by the time we started archiving.
