Oh, by the way, today marks a week of not smoking. The last time I smoked was two Wednesdays ago.

I've wanted to smoke all day - like worse than yesterday. It didn't help that today would be a day where I did things that involve the habit of smoking - but I think it's more a mental thing. "I've been a week. Certainly, I can have one and be just fine."

I have not smoked. I will not smoke today. Well, I don't think I will. I will see about not smoking tomorrow, but I'm not smoking today.

Yes I did work today, and I have to work for a little while again tomorrow! Maybe an hour or so

I guess lots of people on Chantix end up cheating - and still quitting. However, I'm not going to tempt fate like that. I very much enjoy not smoking. So, I am going to stick with it. Fuck the cravings. I'm stronger than they are - especially with Chantix.

Also, I'm saving mad loot. Every guitar I smoked was anywhere from $6 to $12 each. When I look at it like that, it's pretty exciting to see what I've saved.

And, you're working again tomorrow? You're probably going to have a heart attack from doing too much work!
