Oh, by the way, today marks a week of not smoking. The last time I smoked was two Wednesdays ago.

I've wanted to smoke all day - like worse than yesterday. It didn't help that today would be a day where I did things that involve the habit of smoking - but I think it's more a mental thing. "I've been a week. Certainly, I can have one and be just fine."

I have not smoked. I will not smoke today. Well, I don't think I will. I will see about not smoking tomorrow, but I'm not smoking today.
