It makes a HUGE fucking difference.
You can easily tell the difference between a $10 cable and a $30 cable.
After about $50, it's really not all that much better. (Assuming ~10' cable.)
Don't buy the cheapest. Don't buy the most expensive. Make sure it's solid oxygen free copper and shielded - as well as a durable finish material for the exterior.
The difference is amazing.
Most of the cables I use for guitar say Fender on them, they were on sale so I got half a dozen of them. I figure they would use quality materials at least.
I use the cheapo wireless thing I got as a christmas gift a couple years ago the most though. https://wgtcenter.com/products/a8-original-sound-receiver-uhf-guitar-wireless-system-transmitter-built-in-rechargeable
Fender is a solid brand - but you could actually notice and improvement with a better-made brand. Fender is low-end middle of the road.
I am not sure how to classify the wireless stuff - so long as it's clear then it should be good. I've never used anything but professional gear in that department.
They are pretty cheap but they work, they are good up to 25-30 yards. Though I am sure the professional ones are much clearer and overall better sound through them
