I've smoked like ten cigarettes today. Well, I'm at 8, but I figure I'll hit 10 - maybe more.

I suspect it's due to the marching powder, 'cause I was doing just fine until then. 'Snot easy to not smoke under the circumstances. I do it without even noticing. I only know how many 'cause I insist on using the same ashtray all day. That way I can count 'em and track my progress.
